Στο σφυρί και η Εγνατία Οδός από κυβέρνηση και ΤΑΙΠΕΔ

Το μεγαλύτερο δίκτυο αυτοκινητοδρόμων της χώρας ξεπουλιέται στα ιδιωτικά συμφέροντα

Η Εγνατία Οδός (Ηγουμενίτσα – Κήποι) και οι 3 μεγάλοι Κάθετοι Άξονες (Σιάτιστα – Κρυσταλλοπηγή, Αξιός – Εύζωνοι, Θεσσαλονίκη – Σέρρες – Προμαχώνας), μήκους περίπου 900 χιλιομέτρων, που κατασκευάστηκαν, ολοκληρώθηκαν και λειτουργούν, εκποιούνται! Μια υποδομή που πληρώθηκε από δημόσιες και ευρωπαϊκές πιστώσεις, κατασκευάστηκε από χιλιάδες εργαζόμενους οι οποίοι αντιμετώπισαν πολλές αντιξοότητες και σήμερα αποδίδει τους καρπούς αυτής της διαδικασίας στα δημόσια ταμεία ξεπουλιέται.

Το πρώτο στάδιο του διαγωνισμού (εκδήλωση ενδιαφέροντος) διενεργήθηκε από το ΤΑΙΠΕΔ την Παρασκευή 16 Φεβρουαρίου και σ’ αυτό εκδήλωσαν το ενδιαφέρον τους, όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο, μεγάλοι μονοπωλιακοί όμιλοι, τόσο της Ελλάδας όσο και του εξωτερικού. Αυτό και μόνο το γεγονός αποκαλύπτει την αξία του οδικού δικτύου και τα προσδοκώμενα, από τους κολοσσούς, τεράστια κέρδη.

Ο Σύλλογος Εργαζομένων της Εγνατίας Οδού (ΣΕΤΕΟ), όλο το προηγούμενο διάστημα από το 2011, όταν «σε μια νύχτα» εκχωρήθηκε το δικαίωμα στο ΤΑΙΠΕΔ μέχρι και σήμερα, έχει εκφράσει με κάθε τρόπο, με ανακοινώσεις και δελτία τύπου, με απεργίες και στάσεις εργασίας, με άνοιγμα των διοδίων και διανομή φυλλαδίων, με επιστολές προς την κυβέρνηση και τη διοίκηση της εταιρείας, την κατηγορηματική αντίθεσή του στη σχεδιαζόμενη παραχώρηση του αυτοκινητόδρομου.

Κύριο μέλημα του Συλλόγου Εργαζόμενων δεν είναι η ανάδειξη του θέματος προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστούν οι θέσεις εργασίας των εργαζομένων της εταιρείας. Οι κυβερνητικοί παράγοντες έχουν κατ’ επανάληψη παρευρεθεί ακόμη και στις Γενικές Συνελεύσεις και διαβεβαιώνουν ότι η εταιρεία θα παραμείνει.

Το διακύβευμα για εμάς είναι αυτό της εκποίησης της Δημόσιας περιουσίας και μάλιστα χωρίς καμία διασφάλιση κατώτατου τιμήματος, χωρίς καν εφαρμογή των ευρωπαϊκών οδηγιών που αφορούν τις παραχωρήσεις. Η πρόσκληση εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος «παραλείπει» την αναφορά της αξίας της παραχώρησης ως «τάξης μεγέθους ή ενδεικτικής αξίας», όπως ορίζει το Άρθρο 31 και διευκρινίζεται στο Παράρτημα V της Οδηγίας 2014/23/ΕΕ σχετικά με την Προκήρυξη (η ανάθεση αναφέρεται στο Άρθρο 32) Συμβάσεων Παραχώρησης.
